About this place.

Meditate Your Soul is a small, free library of text-based guided meditations and two quiet games. No accounts. No streaks. No notifications. No dark patterns.

Each meditation is text you read at your own pace, with ambient sound behind it. First Breath is narrated; the rest reveal gently as you read. The two games — a breathing orb and a soundscape mixer — are made to be left running.

Built by a small team. We make this in the evenings, slowly, because we wanted something gentler than what was already on the internet. If a few minutes here help, that's enough.

questions

Frequently asked

What is Meditate Your Soul?
Meditate Your Soul is a small, free library of text-based guided meditations and two quiet games — a breathing orb and a soundscape mixer. You read each meditation at your own pace while ambient sound plays.
Are the meditations free?
Yes. Every meditation and game on Meditate Your Soul is completely free. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no paywalls.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up and there are no accounts. You can open any meditation or game and begin straight away.
What is a text-based guided meditation?
A text-based guided meditation is one you read rather than only listen to. The words appear gently, one passage at a time, with ambient sound behind them, so you can move at your own pace instead of keeping up with a voice.
How long are the meditations?
They range from about 3 to 15 minutes. Shorter ones like First Breath are good for a quick reset, while longer ones like The Quiet Walk Home are designed for winding down before sleep.
Is Meditate Your Soul good for beginners?
Yes. There is nothing to learn and no technique to get right. The Breathing Orb is recommended for first-timers — you simply match your breath to a glowing sphere as it expands and contracts.
Can it help with sleep or anxiety?
The meditations are grouped for sleep, anxiety, letting go, gratitude, and stillness. Choose the category that meets where you are — for example, Soft Belly for anxiety or Counting the Hours for sleep.
